Please read our terms before booking a session at T in the Bark Woodland Adventure Dog Park
Welcome
Thank you for choosing T in the Bark Woodland Adventure Dog Park. Our aim is to provide a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment for dogs and their owners. By making a booking you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking
- The Park is available for pre-booking only.
- Only the person making the booking may use the park unless otherwise agreed.
- Please arrive and leave within your allocated time to avoid contact with other visitors.
2. Use of the Park
- Use of the park is entirely at your own risk.
- Owners remain responsible for their dogs at all times.
- Dogs must never be left unattended.
- Children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult.
3. Dog Health
All dogs using the park should:
- Be fit and healthy.
- Have all the necessary vaccinations.
- Not be suffering from any contagious illness.
- Not have had vomiting or diarrhoea within the previous 48 hours.
4. Behaviour
- Aggressive or dangerously uncontrolled dogs must leave immediately if they pose a risk.
- Owners are responsible for their dog’s behaviour towards people, other dogs, and property.
5. Dangerous Dogs Act
Applicable regulations under the Dangerous Dogs Act will be determined in accordance with our insurance policy.
6. Cleaning Up
- Please pick up after your dog; waste bags are located around the park for your convenience.
- Waste bags should be placed in the bins provided.
7. Gates
Please:
- Close every gate securely behind you.
- Never allow another user to enter until your session has finished. We kindly ask that you park in the designated waiting area outside of the first gate until the previous visitors have vacated the car park.
- Ensure your dog is safely inside before removing their leads.
8. Equipment
Our woodland enrichment features include natural logs, stumps, tunnels, tyres, ropes, and other equipment and obstacles. Please:
- Use all equipment sensibly.
- Supervise your dog while using obstacles.
- Do not force your dog onto any equipment.
9. Woodland Environment
This is a natural woodland. Please be aware of:
- Uneven ground.
- Tree roots and stumps.
- Branches.
- Mud.
- Slippery surfaces.
- Wildlife.
- Changing weather conditions — suitable footwear is recommended.
10. Damage
- Any damage to fences, gates, equipment, or buildings must be reported immediately.
- Owners may be held responsible for deliberate damage caused by themselves or their dogs.
- Please keep your dog on a lead until the issue has been checked.

11. Liability
- While every effort is made to maintain a safe environment, T in the Bark accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, damage or theft except where required by law.
- Visitors are responsible for assessing whether the facilities are suitable for themselves and their dogs.
12. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the booking may be transferred or refunded.
- Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable unless agreed at our discretion.
- Bookings may be cancelled due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, in which case an alternative booking or refund will be offered.
13. Respect the Woodland
Please help us protect the woodland by:
- Respecting wildlife.
- Not damaging trees or plants.
- Leaving the park as you find it.
- Taking all litter home or using the bins provided.
- Strictly no smoking on these premises.
